The vision of the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology is to develop and share teaching, learning, and technology resources and offer sustainable professional development to promote faculty achievement in teaching excellence.

Below are the primary goals of the CTLT.

Goal 1: Provide professional development for the enhancement of teaching excellence and student learning.
Goal 2: Provide programs and facilities to support the use of instructional technology.
Goal 3: Build learning communities and collaborative networks for teaching, scholarship, and learning.

Technology Tools

Faculty resources for technology tools in Canvas, are available in the Canvas course, CTLT-Faculty Resources.

To join this Canvas course, follow these steps:

  • Log into Canvas
  • Click on the Help icon in the global navigation
  • Click on Faculty Support
  • Click on the button "Join CTLT-Faculty Resources Course"

Included in this course are resources for using Canvas, DesignPLUS, Harmonize, Respondus Tools, Studio, Turnitin, and Zoom.


Additional Services


A few additional services provided by the CTLT for the university campus include:
  • Media equipment check-out (projectors and screens)
  • Classroom audio/video control systems--set up and installation (AMX and Crestron)
